Overview
Buhler group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking for a passionate professional to join our team as Admin officer. This role is responsible for the efficient day-to-day administration of the Riyadh office, providing practical, hands-on support across a range of activities. It combines office management, travel and vendor coordination, and HR support, all in accordance with Buhler policies and local regulations.
Coordinate with colleagues to ensure proper communication and understanding. Tasks include handling office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, and setting up for meetings. Manage travel arrangements (flights, cars, hotel and restaurant reservations). Coordinate with Medical, Vehicle and Property Insurance companies. Provide invitation letters for business needs. Provide administrative support to the Country Manager and local management (scheduling, document preparation, presentations, correspondence).
Draft and format letters, memos, and reports in English and Arabic. Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers; arrange meeting rooms or online interviews. Support the onboarding process (joining formalities, induction schedules, preparation of new joiner packs, office access, basic IT requests). Support office activities related to government portals and regulatory compliance (e.g., Iqama renewals, visa processes, GOSI, Muqeem, etc.).

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration.
- Good communication in English & Arabic languages, both spoken and written.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
