To support the planning, coordination, and administrative operations of projects related to individuals with special needs, ensuring effective implementation of programs and initiatives while promoting accessibility, inclusion, and quality services.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and follow up on project plans, activities, and timelines.
  • Provide administrative support for project operations and daily activities.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support project objectives.
  • Monitor the needs and feedback of beneficiaries with special needs and report recommendations to management.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, awareness programs, and events related to the project.
  • Support the implementation of accessibility and accommodation requirements within the workplace or project environment.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and confidential files related to the project.
  • Prepare periodic progress reports and highlight challenges and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the project team.
  • Perform any other related duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in project administration, social programs, or disability-related initiatives is preferred.
  • Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
