Be a part of the Project Execution Team as a Site Administrator (Site-based) in Riyadh, KSA.
What are my responsibilities?- Coordinate the issuance, renewal, and tracking of gate passes for site personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors.
- Ensure all individuals entering the site have the required safety inductions and documentation.
- Liaise with security to enforce access control procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date records of gate passes and access logs.
- Manage office supplies, PPE, and other site consumables in coordination with different departments.
- Provide general clerical support to the site management team.
- Support in organizing site meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on action items.
- Serve as a point of contact between the Site and different teams for administrative matters.
- Assist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration or a similar field.
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a site environment, preferably in construction or engineering environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with access control and construction safety practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to remain flexible, accommodate interruptions, multi‑task, and set/re‑set priorities in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule.
- Independent thinking, problem‑solving skills, discretion, and integrity are required.
- Self‑starter who can work independently.
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
- A valid KSA driving license.
