We are supporting a leading global manufacturing company specializing in advanced vehicle systems, land technologies, and high-performance engineering solutions in their search for an HR Admin Support professional.
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented candidate to join the team on a 6-month contractual assignment. This role will support day-to-day HR operations and administrative coordination within a structured corporate environment.
Role OverviewThe HR Admin Support will be responsible for assisting with HR coordination, employee documentation, reporting, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a professional approach to handling operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities- HR Administrative Support
- Support daily HR operations and administrative activities
- Assist with employee documentation, records, and filing processes
- Maintain organized HR databases and document repositories
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information
- Coordination & Operations Support
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding HR-related requests
- Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and internal coordination activities
- Support onboarding and general employee administrative requirements
- Ensure timely follow-up on assigned operational tasks
- Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare HR-related reports, trackers, and presentations when required
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of records
- Support preparation of internal reports and operational updates
- Communication & Professional Support
- Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and employees
- Handle administrative requests in an organized and timely manner
- Support the team in maintaining smooth operational workflow
- Maintain professionalism and attention to detail in all tasks
- University degree or college diploma
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, administration, or a related field
- Good understanding of HR processes and administrative operations
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a structured and fast-paced environment
