About the Role
We are passionate about our business and culture, and are seeking individuals with that same drive.
Responsibilities- Meet and greet clients and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Keep the reception area clean and tidy.
- Prepare refreshments for guests.
- Collect mail from the P.O. Box and distribute it to the relevant people.
- Answer calls, direct them to the concerned person or take a message and relay it.
- Monitor and order pantry and office supplies.
- Support client activities and requirements in a proactive manner: take messages, pass on information, deal with simple queries, meet and greet at client events.
- Proactively manage diaries, coordinate and schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, set up conference calls.
- Manage client contacts and inbox for bankers.
- Photocopy and scan documents.
- Make travel arrangements – book flights, ground transportation, lodging and entertainment for business travel (domestic & international); prepare itineraries and visas.
- Use Concur to process and monitor expenses, ensuring prompt payment and reconciling with AMEX statements.
- Perform other duties or special projects as requested by the office manager and/or bankers.
- Right to work in Saudi Arabia without employer sponsorship.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in the professional services sector or similar background.
- High level of organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
