As a Team Coordinator, you will be the organizational backbone of our Riyadh office, supporting the daily operations of engineering and project teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication, scheduling, and documentation skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The position involves handling reports, personnel coordination, scheduling, and internal communications – critical to smooth team operations.
What You’ll Do- Collect and compile data from various departments to generate internal and external reports
- Review time reports and verify WBS/project code entries; follow up on discrepancies or corrections
- Maintain records such as paid time off schedules, employee directories, and company resume logs
- Draft correspondence, prepare standard reports, and relay internal communications on behalf of supervisors
- Coordinate office supply requests, equipment maintenance logs, and service requests
- Track and assist with performance appraisals, staff movements, and HR documentation for project teams
- Monitor office space usage, update the corporate directory, and coordinate phone/PC setup for new staff
- Assist with budget reporting, reconciliation support, and other ad-hoc administrative reporting
- Manage meeting scheduling, mail distribution, and general administrative duties
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in office coordination or administrative support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Saudi national as per job requirement
