Position Overview
We are seeking a sophisticated, proactive, and exceptionally organized Senior Executive Assistant & Personal Assistant (EA/PA) to provide high-level strategic and administrative support to the Executive Office. This dual corporate and personal role demands an individual who operates with the highest discretion, acting as a trusted gatekeeper in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will seamlessly manage complex calendars, coordinate intricate international travel, oversee special projects, and flawlessly execute both corporate operations and private lifestyle management.
Key Responsibilities Corporate Executive Support & Gatekeeping- Manage, filter, and optimize a complex, rapidly changing corporate calendar.
- Coordinate high-level executive and board meetings, draft agendas, and track follow-up items.
- Screen and manage incoming correspondence, drafting professional communications and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between the C‑suite, international dignitaries, and key business partners.
- Design, book, and oversee complex, multi-destination commercial and private aviation itineraries.
- Manage visas, diplomatic clearances, entry requirements, and security protocols.
- Provide remote logistical support and troubleshooting across multiple time zones.
- Oversee private residences, coordinate domestic staff, and manage household expense accounts.
- Handle luxury asset maintenance, private event planning, and family concierge logistics.
- Maintain absolute discretion regarding all private family matters and personal assets.
- 7–10+ years of experience supporting C‑Suite Executives or UHNWIs, preferably in the GCC region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Native or business-fluent written and spoken English is mandatory;
Arabic is a plus. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and modern productivity tools.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence, calm under pressure, and a polished, diplomatic presence.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and remain accessible outside standard business hours.
