Hanmi Global Saudi is seeking a skilled Document Control Manager to manage and oversee the document control functions for our projects. The Document Control Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining an efficient document management system ensuring all project documentation is accurately controlled, distributed, stored, and archived in compliance with company and client standards. This role involves close collaboration with project teams to facilitate effective communication and documentation flow.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain document control procedures and systems tailored to project requirements
- Manage receipt, classification, distribution, and filing of all relevant project documents
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Maintain document registers and control logs to track status and revisions
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements
- Supervise and train document control staff in maintaining documentation standards
- Support audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation promptly
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline
- At least 10 years' experience in document control management, preferably within construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors
- Proficient with document management software such as Aconex, SharePoint, or equivalents
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse project teams and stakeholders
- Experience in supervising document control personnel
- Familiarity with project management office (PMO) and consultancy company environments is an advantage
