Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department by assisting with coordination, documentation, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the HR department in daily operations.
- Assist in preparing reports and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding HR-related matters.
- Support administrative activities related to employee services.
- Assist with organizing documents and maintaining departmental records.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR department.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Familiarity with government HR platforms such as Qiwa and Mowaamah.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation.
