Facilities Services Officer

Ensure smooth operation and coordination across facilities and sites. Strengthen field-level monitoring of facilities services. Improve reporting accuracy and tracking of operational activities. Support the implementation of operational and service plans. Enhance coordination between field locations and the head office. Ensure timely resolution of operational and facilities-related issues

• Monitor and organize employee office arrangements in the main and leased buildings
• Follow up on daily facilities and operational activities across multiple sites in Jeddah
• Conduct site visits to ensure proper execution of assigned tasks
• Prepare periodic reports on operations, performance, and observation
• Coordinate with the head office to ensure implementation of the operational plan
• Support facilities operations in branches and different locations when required
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of facilities-related activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in facilities management, operations coordination, or field support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
