Our client, a fast-growing holding group with a diversified portfolio of investments and development projects, is seeking a professional and highly organized Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the CEO.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO’s daily schedule, coordinating meetings, preparing official correspondence, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, fluent in both Arabic and English, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
  • Handle emails, letters, phone calls, and official correspondence professionally and promptly.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, documents, and meeting minutes.
  • Draft formal emails, reports, presentations, and business correspondence in Arabic and English.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, executive trips, events, and related logistics.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive documents with a high level of discretion.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, partners, employees, and senior stakeholders.
  • Provide additional administrative and coordination support as assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in executive secretarial, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience preparing formal emails, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, flexible, and willing to support tasks beyond traditional secretarial duties.
