Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a motivated and experienced Manager - Document Control to manage and oversee all aspects of document management processes across various projects. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the integrity, security, and accessibility of project documentation, facilitating smooth operations and compliance.
Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain effective document control policies and procedures aligned with company standards.
- Lead and supervise the document control team to ensure timely and accurate handling of all project documents.
- Maintain document control systems for proper organization, tracking, and retrieval of documents.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory and project-specific requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks on document control processes and documentation.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on document control practices and systems.
- Manage the storage, archiving, and disposal of documents in accordance with company policies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in document management to optimize processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Records Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in document control, preferably in large-scale projects or corporate environments.
- Proven leadership skills with at least 3 years managing document control teams.
- Knowledge of document control standards, tools, and best practices relevant to the investment or construction sectors.
- Proficiency with document management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
