Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to support the CEO while coordinating operations across multiple companies. This role also includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of a startup and contributing to the development of internal systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and schedules.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure execution across teams.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks across multiple entities.
  • Organize meetings and ensure effective communication between stakeholders.
  • Manage documentation, correspondence, and administrative workflows.
  • Oversee daily operational activities of the startup.
  • Monitor team progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare routine operational reports for management.
  • Assist in developing and implementing internal processes and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Operations, or Administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required;
    English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Experience in startup environments is preferred.
