Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to support the CEO while coordinating operations across multiple companies. This role also includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of a startup and contributing to the development of internal systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Follow up on action items and ensure execution across teams.
- Coordinate administrative tasks across multiple entities.
- Organize meetings and ensure effective communication between stakeholders.
- Manage documentation, correspondence, and administrative workflows.
- Oversee daily operational activities of the startup.
- Monitor team progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare routine operational reports for management.
- Assist in developing and implementing internal processes and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Operations, or Administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Fluency in Arabic is required;
English proficiency is an advantage. - Experience in startup environments is preferred.
