Overview

We are seeking a highly organized proactive and detail-oriented professional to support the CEO while coordinating operations across multiple companies. This role also includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of a startup and contributing to the development of internal systems and processes. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of coordination, ensuring alignment across teams and supporting efficient execution of priorities at both executive and operational levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Support:
    • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and schedules
    • Coordinate internal and external communications
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
    • Follow up on action items and ensure execution across teams
  • Cross-Company Coordination:
    • Coordinate administrative tasks across multiple entities
    • Organize meetings and ensure effective communication between stakeholders
    • Manage documentation, correspondence, and administrative workflows
  • Startup Operations:
    • Oversee daily operational activities of the startup
    • Monitor team progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
    • Prepare routine operational reports for management
    • Assist in developing and implementing internal processes and procedures
    • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Operations, or Administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Fluency in Arabic required;
    English proficiency is an advantage
  • Experience in startup environments preferred
