Overview
We are seeking a highly organized proactive and detail-oriented professional to support the CEO while coordinating operations across multiple companies. This role also includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of a startup and contributing to the development of internal systems and processes. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of coordination, ensuring alignment across teams and supporting efficient execution of priorities at both executive and operational levels.
Key Responsibilities- Executive Support:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and schedules
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
- Follow up on action items and ensure execution across teams
- Cross-Company Coordination:
- Coordinate administrative tasks across multiple entities
- Organize meetings and ensure effective communication between stakeholders
- Manage documentation, correspondence, and administrative workflows
- Startup Operations:
- Oversee daily operational activities of the startup
- Monitor team progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Prepare routine operational reports for management
- Assist in developing and implementing internal processes and procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Operations, or Administrative roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Fluency in Arabic required;
English proficiency is an advantage - Experience in startup environments preferred
- Proactive mindset and ability to take initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High ownership and accountability
