We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Secretary to provide administrative and coordination support to senior management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional follow-up, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to ensure timely execution of tasks and action items across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage executive schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure completion.
  • Monitor and track assigned tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across departments.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between management and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other executive documents.
  • Maintain effective communication and ensure timely follow-up on pending matters.
  • Support management in prioritizing activities and monitoring progress on key initiatives.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Ensure smooth coordination and alignment between departments to achieve organizational objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong follow-up and task management skills.
  • Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
