Position: Manager - Document control (MAS279)

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a motivated and experienced Manager – Document Control to manage and oversee all aspects of document management processes across various projects. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the integrity, security, and accessibility of project documentation, facilitating smooth operations and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective document control policies and procedures aligned with company standards
  • Lead and supervise the document control team to ensure timely and accurate handling of all project documents
  • Maintain document control systems for proper organization, tracking, and retrieval of documents
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory and project-specific requirements
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks on document control processes and documentation
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on document control practices and systems
  • Manage the storage, archiving, and disposal of documents in accordance with company policies
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in document management to optimize processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Records Management, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in document control, preferably in large-scale projects or corporate environments
  • Proven leadership skills with at least 3 years managing document control teams
  • Knowledge of document control standards, tools, and best practices relevant to the investment or construction sectors
  • Proficiency with document management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
