Administrative Assistant Intern – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We seek an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant Intern to support day‑to‑day office operations at our Riyadh location. This role provides hands‑on experience in administrative coordination, workplace operations, and employee engagement within a collaborative environment.

• Coordinate facility management activities to support smooth office operations
• Manage reception duties and serve as the first point of contact for visitors
• Support planning and execution of office events and internal activities
• Provide administrative support for visits, including agenda coordination and booking arrangements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an associate’s or bachelor’s degree
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment

• Prior internship or academic experience in administrative support or office coordination
