Position OverviewThe Administrative Officer is responsible for supporting the daily administrative and operational activities of the company. The role focuses on maintaining accurate records, preparing reports and documents, coordinating with internal departments and branches, managing administrative processes, and ensuring that day-to-day office operations run efficiently.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professional communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Requirements Education & QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Office Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration, office management, operations support, or a related field.
Previous experience in a multi-branch company or fitness, retail, hospitality, or service-based organization is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of administrative systems, databases, and digital platforms is an advantage.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily administrative and operational activities.
Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records.
Assist in preparing regular reports, presentations, and administrative summaries.
Coordinate with internal departments and branches to ensure smooth workflow.
Follow up on pending administrative requests and ensure timely completion.
Maintain accurate employee, branch, and operational records as required.
Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting follow-up actions.
Handle correspondence, emails, and administrative communications.
Support management with administrative tasks and special projects.
Coordinate administrative requirements between the head office and company branches.
Monitor and follow up on office supplies, equipment, and administrative needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and administrative standards.
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
