Who You AreWe’re looking for an engaged and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team and drive strategic growth for our private office offerings in Saudi Arabia.
In this role you will lead the full sales cycle, build strong partnerships, and generate new business opportunities to ensure the success of our KAFD private office hub. You will work closely with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to position us as the go‑to provider for premium office solutions.
This role goes beyond traditional sales—you will pre‑sell 21 private offices before launch, establish Astro Labs as the partner of choice for companies expanding into Saudi, and drive revenue across office rentals, expansion services, and compliance solutions.
In This Role You Will Sales & Pipeline- Pre‑sell all 21 private offices within 8 months (minimum 6‑month contracts, signed agreements, and deposits).
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, meetings, negotiation, and closing.
- Sell complementary services including HR, PRO & GRO subscriptions and company incorporation packages.
- Deliver accurate forecasts and maintain disciplined CRM tracking.
- Build relationships with industry leaders and position the new Astro Labs KAFD space as the launchpad for companies expanding into KSA.
- Develop referral and partner programs to generate qualified leads and repeat business.
- Contribute to the delivery of community events, training/mentorship sessions/webinars, Saudi market‑focused workshops and other media content, to generate leads and drive customer lifetime value.
- Leverage events, delegations, and ecosystem activations to attract companies and accelerate conversions.
- Identify target sectors and clients in Riyadh and beyond, with a focus on international companies entering the market.
- Position the KAFD offices as a high‑end, community‑driven solution that supports growth and visibility.
- Drive word‑of‑mouth and referral growth through an engaged tenant base.
- 21/21 private offices rentals pre‑sold.
- Active pipeline built through partnerships, events, and outbound sales that consistently delivers leads and closed deals.
- 50+ companies incorporated into Saudi Arabia.
- 40+ new companies subscribed to compliance and growth services.
- Shape the launch of a flagship private office hub in KAFD.

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record in enterprise sales and closing deals with measurable results.
- Strong network in Riyadh.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong ability to build pipelines through cold outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
- Event activation or business development experience through networking and hosted events.
- Highly organized, KPI‑driven, and resilient.
