Customer Relationship Personal Evolution Autonomy Administrative Work Technical Expertise

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and tailored proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Presales teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in CRM systems.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities.
  • Support contract preparation and negotiation processes when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Experience in the tech or enterprise solutions sector is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting business targets and working independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
