- Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather comprehensive business requirements.
- Analyze and document business processes, and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the prioritization of requirements in collaboration with project and development teams.
- Utilize business analysis tools to develop detailed process maps, workflows, and user journey diagrams.
- Analyze the impact of proposed changes on business processes and systems.
- Develop and maintain business requirement documents, including use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to ensure proper understanding of requirements.
- Review test cases and validate that they accurately reflect and cover the business requirements.
- Manage changes to business requirements throughout the project lifecycle and ensure alignment with project goals.
