Lumi is expanding its operational excellence and strengthening its compliance, governance, and contract management practices across all business units. We are currently hiring a Contract Management Specialist to support the development, review, and management of contracts that ensure all Lumi operations run smoothly, legally, and efficiently.

This role plays a critical part in safeguarding Lumi’s interests, ensuring contractual clarity with partners and vendors, and supporting the company’s growth by maintaining strong legal and contractual foundations.

• Participate in evaluating legal risks and implications of Lumi’s operations and initiatives from a contracting perspective, and report any concerns to the line manager.
• Assist in reviewing and analyzing contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and business objectives.
• Follow standardized legal documentation processes to maintain consistency and clarity in contract management.
• Remain updated on regulatory changes that may impact contract obligations and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Review all contracts and agreements with suppliers, vendors, and partners to confirm their legal accuracy, validity, and enforce ability.
• Contribute to the review, analysis, renewal, and amendment of contracts as needed.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Lumi’s contract management system to streamline workflow and enhance efficiency.
• Assist in developing and implementing contract management best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Carry out additional relevant tasks assigned by the line manager to support the Legal & Contract Management function.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal field, specifically in contract review or contract management.
• Strong expertise in contract administration, compliance, and analyzing contractual data.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
