We’re scaling fast across global markets and are looking for a Sales Manager who lives for closing, thinks in pipelines, and treats forecasting like a competitive sport.
The RoleYou’ll own end‑to‑end sales across global markets, selling Qureos’ AI‑powered hiring solutions to HR, TA, founders, and business leaders. The focus is on hunting and prospecting to build a high‑precision pipeline; inbound leads are a bonus.
What You’ll Do Prospecting & Pipeline Ownership- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, calls, email sequences, Linked In, events, and research.
- Treat inbound leads as a bonus, not the main course.
- Maintain 2–3× pipeline coverage at all times.
- Use data to prioritize the right accounts, segments, and outreach strategies.
- Run structured discovery, objection handling, and insightful demos.
- Sell value, ROI, efficiency, and business outcomes, not features.
- Navigate multiple stakeholders: HR, TA leaders, founders, CEOs, finance.
