Business Development Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive business cases to support new initiatives, projects, and investment opportunities.
• Design and evaluate business models, including Public-Private Partnership (PPP) structures.
• Identify and propose innovative business ideas aligned with portfolio objectives and market needs.
• Support strategic planning initiatives through financial and non-financial analysis.

• Develop customized business solution proposals tailored to client and stakeholder requirements.
• Act as a key liaison between internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure alignment on business objectives.
• Support relationship management with public and private sector stakeholders.
• Support project feasibility assessments, including scope definition, cost-benefit analysis, and risk evaluation.
• Contribute to the development of project KPIs to measure financial and operational performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into deliverables.

• Serve as Secretary of the Business Development Committee, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-up on action items.
• Oversee the preparation, management, and archiving of reports and essential business documentation.
• Ensure alignment with governance frameworks and internal approval processes.

• Conduct market research, data analysis, and benchmarking to support decision-making.
• Support business process re-engineering initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Contribute to the preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and related documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in business development, project management, or strategic analysis roles.
