Business Development Consultant (Commission-Based)

About the OpportunityUltimate Peaks is expanding its commercial team and is seeking Business Development Consultants to join on a commission-based collaboration model. This role suits professionals who can open doors, build relationships, and drive results with flexibility and autonomy.
Role OverviewYou will generate and develop business opportunities for Ultimate Peaks’ services.
Responsibilities- Build relationships with business owners, founders, executives, and HR leaders
- Identify and qualify potential clients
- Present Ultimate Peaks’ value proposition
- Arrange introductory meetings
- Follow up until opportunities reach a serious stage
- Coordinate with management during deal closure
- Pricing, negotiation, and contract signing are handled by the company.

- HR & Organizational Consulting
- Leadership & Development Programs
- Assessment, Audit, and Setup Services
- Additional services as the company expands
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to independently source and qualify leads
- Professional presence with senior stakeholders
- Results-driven mindset and self-discipline
- Familiarity with consulting, recruitment, HR, or B2B services is a plus
- Existing network in Saudi Arabia is an advantage
- Commission-based model (no fixed salary)
- Fixed commissions per closed deal
- Commission paid after contract signing and payment collection
- Mix of core (higher-value) and smaller/training deals
- Highly flexible, mostly remote
- No fixed working hours
- In-person client meetings may be required when needed
- Can be combined with a current role (no conflict of interest)
- Full autonomy and trust-based environment
- No micromanagement or traditional sales pressure
- Strong sales materials and leadership support
- Real growth opportunities as the company scales
- This is not a salaried employment role
- Engagement is on an independent consultancy basis
- Priority is given to higher-value opportunities
