Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate is an innovative thinker, proactive self-starter, and results-driven professional with a strong ability to think outside the box and turn ideas into actionable strategies. The candidate must possess self-driven, innovative and results-oriented.
With a high sense of ownership and accountability, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
The Business Development Manager will work closely with senior management, delivering on the company’s strategic and operational objectives. The candidate will be reporting directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Develop creative and innovative strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Proactively generate leads and initiate business opportunities without constant supervision
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to propose innovative solutions
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking opportunities
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on business development activities

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth across healthcare services by identifying opportunities, developing partnerships, and executing strategic initiatives while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The role also involves supervising Business Development Specialist.
