Senior Product Manager

Founded in 2017, HALA is currently duly licensed by the Saudi Arabian Central Bank as well as the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) in Abu Dhabi Global Market.

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from strategy and discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Define, prioritize, and communicate a clear product roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to uncover insights and opportunities.
• Translate customer and business needs into detailed product requirements and success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build and launch high-quality features on time.
• Use data and analytics to measure product performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with marketing, operations, and sales to ensure smooth go-to-market execution.
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to improving product management practices company-wide.
