Job Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in stakeholder management, particularly in complex or multi‑stakeholder environments.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with semi‑government sector governance frameworks, guidelines, and reporting requirements.
  • Proven track record of managing projects with an emphasis on tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring successful deliveries.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and persuasive reports and presentations tailored for executive‑level stakeholders.
  • Experience in monitoring and tracking project deliverables and action items effectively.
  • Exceptional skills in relationship building, negotiation, and conflict resolution to foster robust stakeholder partnerships.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies that align with organizational goals and shareholder expectations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for shareholders, actively listening to their concerns and feedback while providing accurate information regarding company developments.
  • Oversee the preparation and dissemination of reports and presentations tailored to executive‑level stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations on shareholder engagement initiatives.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that stakeholder requests are tracked, prioritized, and executed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and insights that inform stakeholder reporting and engagement activities.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and workshops with stakeholders to communicate key updates, gather feedback, and strengthen relationships.
  • Monitor compliance with semi‑government sector governance frameworks and ensure that all engagement activities adhere to established guidelines and reporting requirements.
