Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Consultant (Strategic Transactions) to help clients achieve their business goals through strategic transactions such as M&A, JV, and partnerships. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business consulting, strategic planning, and transaction execution. You will work closely with clients to identify opportunities, develop business cases, and execute transactions that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends
• Develop business cases and financial models to support strategic transactions
• Lead transaction execution, including due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans and business growth strategies
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and present recommendations to clients and senior leadership
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Mentor and coach junior team members
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in business consulting, strategic planning, and transaction execution
• Strong background in M&A, JV, and partnerships
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong financial modeling and business case development skills
• Previous experience at a recognized consulting firm (e.g., Big Four, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
