Role OverviewDue to consistent growth, Elevate is seeking to expand the team in our Riyadh office through the appointment of a Sponsorship Sales Manager.
The successful candidate will join as a member of our commercial team, responsible for the full lifecycle of the partnership sales process, from lead generation and qualification, to presenting and closing to perspective partners, on behalf of the clients.
The candidate will have refined sales skills, exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills, and be passionate about the SCE industry, with an understanding of sponsorship, its role in the marketing mix and impact it has on brand strategy.
Agency Services: sponsorship consulting, strategy consulting, brand activation, hospitality, content, digital, and social media marketing

Role DescriptionElevate is looking for a highly motivated Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our Commercial team to work on some of our most exciting and fastest‑growing accounts.
This will be a fast‑paced role with multiple priorities, and we are looking for someone who is a solid time manager, multi‑tasker, and strategic thinker.
This position will play a key role in managing a client’s sports and cultural sponsor ships. You will work with team mates to identify and engage perspective partners, to deliver multi‑million dollar sponsorship revenue on behalf of the client, leveraging best‑in‑class sponsorship practices.
Role ResponsibilitiesThe Sponsorship Sales Manager will provide strategic commercial advice to clients, identifying brands and partners to maximise right holder return, managing the complete sales cycle.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the partnership sales process, from lead generation and qualification, to presenting and closing to perspective partners, on behalf of the clients
- Drive sales efforts to develop the partners portfolio and line‑up of sponsors
- Identify, engage and covert
- Responsible for the day‑to‑day management of a client’s commercial partners and sponsors
- Interface with other Account Team members, client and all relevant stakeholders to support sponsorship initiatives
- Participate in the development and implementation of sponsorship initiatives, including customised programmes/promotions
- Help manage the sponsorship measurement and return‑on‑investment process
- Manage client‑partner relationships and coordinate necessary activation deliverables on behalf of the partner
- Ensure that all contractual obligations of the client against partners are being met and delivered on‑time
- Liaise/interface with other agencies, stakeholders and internal Elevate divisions as necessary
- Support sponsorship tactical implementation/coordination at all events where agency staff is needed
- Manage the client‑property approvals process on behalf of the client
- Participate in sponsorship contract negotiations
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5-10 years sales experience, with a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding targets
