Role Mission

As an Operations Manager
, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the Lama BOX parcel locker network. This role plays a key part in ensuring service reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while supporting the company’s strategic growth and sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the parcel locker network, including performance monitoring, SLA compliance, and device availability
  • Support the build-up and development of the local operations team
  • Define, implement, and monitor KPIs for employees and network performance; conduct regular performance reviews
  • Coordinate with the service department, contractors, and logistics partners to ensure seamless operations
  • Optimize operational processes to reduce incident resolution time, lower maintenance costs, and improve overall efficiency
  • Contribute to strategic network expansion planning, including new regions, partnerships, and optimal site selection
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management covering operational efficiency, financial indicators, and key metrics
Candidate Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations management or related roles
  • (experience in logistics, postal/courier services, retail, or e-commerce is a strong advantage)
  • Language proficiency:
    English — Upper Intermediate (B2), Arabic — working proficiency, Russian — fluent
  • Solid understanding of operations management principles, including KPIs, SLAs, process design, and service standards
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills when working with partners and contractors
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Experience with task management systems such as Jira, Trello, or Monday
