Job Purpose

Support the Credit Relations Manager in managing relationships with project owners by coordinating, assessing, negotiating, and processing financing agreements. Act as a key point of contact throughout the application lifecycle, from initial engagement to contract execution, while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary point of contact with project owners to arrange, assess, and negotiate financing agreements.
  • Support relationship development aligned with sector strategies and targeted industries.
  • Conduct meetings, site visits, and participate in events to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Collect, analyze, and validate project, financial, legal, and economic information required for financing applications.
  • Assist project owners in completing financing application forms and ensure compliance with eligibility criteria.
  • Coordinate loan application timelines and track application progress.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of qualified applications for evaluation and reporting purposes.
  • Support project evaluation activities in coordination with technical and market assessment teams.
  • Draft and submit project evaluation reports and address credit risk feedback.
  • Proactively monitor application status and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Support negotiation processes and review financing offers prior to contract execution.
  • Coordinate contract signing processes with legal teams and relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate smooth handover to portfolio management following contract execution.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by direct management.
Knowledge and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience.

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in financial reporting
  • Financial analysis
  • Knowledge of the lending process
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
