The Person al Assistant to the President plays a pivotal role in enabling executive effectiveness and strategic delivery. Far beyond administrative support, this position operates as a trusted advisor and operational partner—facilitating decision-making, ensuring follow-through, and driving transformation initiatives across functions. The acts as a force multiplier for the President, ensuring focus, alignment, and momentum on high-priority goals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Scheduling & Strategic Time Management
  • Proactively manage the President’s calendar, aligning daily schedules with strategic priorities.
  • Resolve conflicts, anticipate demands, and ensure time is allocated to high-value activities.
  • Prepare comprehensive agendas, briefing packs, and pre-read materials ahead of meetings and engagements.
2. Meeting Leadership & Action Accountability
  • Attend key internal and external meetings to provide coordination and follow-up support.
  • Capture clear, structured, and actionable meeting notes with defined responsibilities and timelines.
  • Monitor the progress of action items, following up consistently to ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain a dynamic, centralized action tracker and provide regular status updates to the President, flagging delays or bottlenecks.
3. Reporting, Insight Generation & Decision Support
  • Assist in the preparation of high-impact executive reports, business updates, and presentations.
  • Apply basic data analysis skills to extract insights from cross-functional inputs.
  • Synthesize complex data into concise, decision-ready formats tailored to executive needs.
  • Ensure reporting is timely, accurate, and aligned with strategic objectives.
4. Dashboard Creation & Performance Monitoring
  • Build and maintain intuitive executive dashboards to monitor key metrics, project progress, and KPIs.
  • Partner with departments such as Finance, HR, Operations, and IT to source reliable data inputs.
  • Continuously improve dashboard usability, ensuring they serve as effective tools for performance tracking and decision-making.
5. Transformation Project Coordination
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key transformation initiatives, including but not limited to:
  • Corporate branding and communications
  • Organizational effectiveness projects
  • Coordinate efforts across internal teams, consultants, and third-party vendors.
  • Track project milestones, interdependencies, and deliverables.
  • Escalate risks, delays, or misalignments early, offering proactive solutions.
6. Cross-Functional Support & Executive Enablement
  • Demonstrate a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and a willingness to go beyond formal role boundaries.
  • Provide hands-on support to other departments when capacity allows, without compromising core responsibilities.
  • Operate as a collaborative, trusted team player committed to advancing the President’s agenda and organizational success.

  • Experience with dashboard development tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
