Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our client's dynamic team, driving key initiatives and enhancements in their product offerings.

• Transform merchant and menu systems to enhance discoverability, customer reach, and sustainable sales growth.
• Strengthen their platform's role by developing e-commerce capabilities, ticketing services, events, and auctions.
• Develop and implement a product roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic goals.
• Work with external partners to support ticketing and shipping services.
• Oversee the redesign of their application to improve usability and customer experience.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through BRDs and user stories.
• Partner with designers to shape UX flows and wireframes, ensuring a user‑centric approach.
• Conduct external meetings with partners and engage with stakeholders to validate business requirements.
• Perform market analysis and benchmarking for insights into competitors and internal processes.
• Conduct testing with stakeholders to guarantee a seamless user experience.
• Analyze business needs to implement systems that boost customer retention and engagement.

• Minimum of 3-5 years in Product Management with a strong track record of successful product launches.
