Keyresponsibilities
- Work closely with the Country Head to translate strategic priorities into executable projects.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth avenues.
- Prepare business cases, proposals, and market-entry plans.
- Lead assigned projects from concept to implementation with clear timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, tech, finance) to ensure seamless execution.
- Track project progress, flag risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Support negotiations and relationship-building with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Represent the Country Head in meetings when required and drive follow-ups to closure.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.
- Develop reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
- Improve execution frameworks, workflows, and communication across teams.
- Ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and business outcomes.
- Strong project management and execution mindset with e‑commerce background.
- Business development and partnership experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical thinking with data‑driven decision‑making.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in high‑growth environments.
- High ownership, accountability, and problem‑solving attitude.
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, Management, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in business development, strategy or project management.
