B2B represents an incredible opportunity to address a vast new market segment and customer base and is an area of high interest for Amazon. We are focused on building solutions that enable B2B customers to find, research, and buy products and services from a vast selection, across multiple devices, marketplaces and regions. Our customers include individual professionals, small businesses to large institutions (and everything in between).
Our B2B customers have different needs than the traditional Amazon customer so we are reinventing everything from how we display our selection, price our products, and provide the right customer experience.
- Build and execute customer Lifecycle and retention programs like New category adoption, Lapser reduction, Reorder/ Replenishment etc. Track performance and manage output efficiently
- Own Loyalty product adoption. Build and Execute GTM.
- Manage large scale site wide events to drive business outcome
- Forecast and report business growth and other key metrics, including tracking actual progress toward forecasts.
- Present and lead conversations about programs, issues, solutions, and strategy to senior leaders
- Researching and conducting market analysis for Amazon customers
- Develop targeted messages based on the key value propositions and use cases.
- Work with the product managers to define necessary product/service improvements and new areas for innovation.
- 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- MBA
- Experience in a marketing focused role including customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation reporting, customer funnel analysis, and top-line sales performance
- Marketing Experience in E-comm, retail, tech sectors
