Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an expert in Stores, Materials Management, and Procurement for our SCM operations at the local site level in Saudi Arabia. This role is critical for overseeing the lifecycle of project materials and ensuring seamless site operations through strategic inventory control and logistics management.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Procurement & Compliance:

• Implement SOPs for Procurement & Stores to achieve organizational targets.
• Expert knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws, SME compliance, Taxes/Duties, logistics, and billing.
• Leverage local market knowledge to source from available resource vendors and suppliers.

Material & Inventory Management:

• Oversee functions for Structural Steel, Reinforcement Steel, Cement, and all Project BOQ items.
• Execute specific planning for bulk material handling and logistics.
• Maintain strict inventory control:
  Review stock levels (Min/Max), conduct daily stock reviews, and monitor consumption.

Financial & SAP Operations:

• Full proficiency in SAP for inventory control, generating stock statements, and bill checking/forwarding.
• Certify purchase bills and create debit notes for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage contract formulation, indenting, and procurement cost control.

Reporting & MIS:

• Prepare comprehensive MIS reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly).
• Specific Monthly/Quarterly Reconciliation: Aggregates, Cement, Fly-Ash, Sand, HSD, Admixtures, and Marine Policy Reports.
• Monthly Closing Stock Reports: SAP vs. Physical.

Site Coordination:

• Collaborate with the Site Project Head on material scheduling and maintenance of records.
• Oversee retail loss prevention, weight loss reviews, and shortage/damage claims.
• Monitor diesel inward for machine consumption and handle machine/vehicle documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: Any Graduate (Materials Management specialization preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant sector experience.
• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Arabic, English, and Hindi.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving, multitasking in fast-paced environments, and excellent organizational skills.
