The Data & Analytics Analyst will play a critical role in transforming complex data into clear, compelling, and actionable insights for senior leadership and business stakeholders. The role focuses on KPI storytelling, executive-level dashboards, and insight-driven reporting that supports strategic decision-making across commercial, marketing, operations, and finance functions.

This role bridges the gap between raw data and business impact, ensuring leadership has a single, trusted, and visually engaging view of performance across portfolios, events, and products.

• Design, build, and maintain high-impact user friendly executive dashboards for CEO, CFO, Portfolio Directors, Event Directors, and Commercial leadership.
• Translate business strategy and objectives into clear KPIs, metrics, and success measures.
• Develop complex DAX measures and calculations tailored to Redshift data structures to support advanced KPI logic, trends, YoY comparisons, and variance analysis.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards that consume data directly from Amazon Redshift, ensuring seamless integration and real‑time insights.
• Ensure dashboards are intuitive, visually compelling, and narrative-driven, not just data-heavy.
• Develop standardized KPI frameworks across events, portfolios, and functions.

• Convert data into story‑led insights that explain what happened, why it happened, and what action is required.
• Create executive‑ready storyboards, insight packs, and performance narratives for leadership reviews.
• Highlight trends, risks, opportunities, and anomalies with clear business implications.
• Support board‑level and senior leadership presentations with data‑backed storytelling.

• Perform deep‑dive analysis across sales, marketing, ticketing, exhibitor performance, digital platforms, and operations.
• Write efficient SQL queries optimized for Amazon Redshift and Power BI transformations to extract, combine, and model data from large, multi‑source datasets.
• Leverage Power Query (M scripting) for data shaping, cleansing, and transformation.
• Leverage Redshift‑specific features such as columnar storage, distribution keys, and sort keys to optimize query performance.
• Partner with business teams to understand performance drivers and define analytical use cases.
• Deliver ad‑hoc analysis and insight requests with speed, accuracy, and clarity.
