We are seeking high-potential Business Analysts to join our Riyadh office. As a Business Analyst, you will support case teams across a wide range of industries, contributing rigorous analysis, structured thinking, and clear insights that directly shape client outcomes.
- Conduct market, industry, and company research to support strategic problem-solving
- Analyze data and synthesize findings into clear, compelling insights
- Support the development of high-quality presentations and client deliverables
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and interviews
- Collaborate closely with consultants across industries and functional areas
Beyond project work, you will be part of a collaborative and inclusive culture that encourages curiosity, ownership, and continuous learning.
Qualifications- Recently graduated or up to 2 years of relevant work experience (exceptional candidates with up to 3 to 4 years may be considered)
- Strong academic record from a top university; background in engineering, science, economics, finance, business, or law preferred
- MBA is an advantage but not mandatory
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional presence with the ability to engage credibly with clients
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with adaptability across diverse environments
- Willingness to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Play a direct role in shaping the transformation journey of Saudi Arabia
