Operation Coordinator

• Receives pick slips from Oracle (Non-MOH)
• Check/review Pick-slip and assign labor for each pick-slip for each step of the operations including Picking, checking, Sticker Pasting, Packing, palletizing and loading of goods against RDD/Delivery schedule:

Picking & Checking:
Supervise picking and activity and ensure all orders are accurately picked and checked by the staff responsible.

Packing:
Ensure the correct use of packing materials (ie: cartons, gell ice, iceblock, dry ice or other packing materials) to avoid damages or temperature excursions during the operations or in-transit.

Labeling:
Assign staff for labeling and document preparation of prepared orders and ensure readiness for handling and dispatch.

• Close all physically completed orders in Oracle
• Troubleshoot problems during picking and elevate to supervisor for inventory discrepancy, damage or shortage during picking
• Report and update in case of damages or losses during order preparation and dispatching
• Report & update temperature excursions during picking and packing process
• Train and coach new and existing staff on procedures, standards and Work instructions
• Record and maintain Productivity sheet for each activity including picking, Packing, staging, loading and other movement across the warehouse
• Ensuring Safety & 5S standards are followed on shop floor
