We are looking for a results-driven Chief of Staff - Strategy & Capital to join our team. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving critical strategic initiatives, managing key capital allocation processes, and ensuring seamless execution across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of strategic thinking, financial acumen, operational excellence, and exceptional communication skills.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and refine the company's long-term strategic vision and roadmap.
- Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of key strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Manage the capital allocation process, including budgeting, forecasting, investment analysis, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare board materials, executive presentations, and internal communications on strategy, performance, and capital deployment.
- Facilitate executive team meetings, ensuring clear agendas, actionable outcomes, and effective follow-through.
- Identify and assess potential strategic partnerships and other growth avenues.
- Act as a force multiplier for the executive team, driving operational efficiency and alignment.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, investment banking, private equity, or a similar strategic advisory role, preferably within a high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability in board deck preparation, investor materials, and strategic memo writing.
- Strong data analysis and KPI tracking skills.
- Act as execution owner for cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment across credit, operations, finance, capital markets, and tech.
- Knowledge of investor reporting, regulatory compliance, and legal structuring in financial services.
- Experience with fundraising processes and institutional due diligence is highly valued.
- Fintech, credit-driven business, and startup experience are valued.
