Reporting Specialist; Sales

We are seeking a Reporting Specialist (Sales) to support the Sales Department in driving commercial performance visibility and enabling data-driven decision-making across all regions.

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports
• Track targets vs. actuals, growth trends, pipeline status, and key KPIs
• Consolidate regional sales data and ensure accuracy and consistency
• Identify performance gaps, risks, and business opportunities
• Support executive dashboards and management presentations
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and IT to validate and align data sources
• Enhance reporting templates, structures, and automation processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in reporting, commercial analysis, or business performance roles
• Experience with in insurance or financial services is preferred
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or similar tools)
• Strong English communication and presentation skills
