Job Description About the RoleWe are seeking a commercially driven Regional Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong sales mindset who can identify opportunities, build executive relationships, and convert market insights into measurable revenue.
What You Will Do- Develop and execute a regional growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and secure high-value business opportunities to expand market share.
- Build trusted relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Own the full sales cycle — from pipeline creation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support strategic decisions.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Deliver accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and performance updates to leadership.
- Represent Keenfinity at industry events to strengthen brand positioning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 8–12 years of experience in business development or commercial roles.
- Proven success in achieving revenue targets and driving market expansion.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi market;
Bahrain experience is highly desirable. - Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to remain hands‑on.
- Fluent in English;
Arabic is preferred.
