Role DescriptionThe Sr. Business Development Executive drives the acquisition of key clients and strategic opportunities to support SDC’s growth objectives. This role identifies high-value prospects, builds strong relationships, and ensures the seamless execution of business initiatives in collaboration with internal teams. the business.
Qualifications- Identify and target high-value prospects to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and partners to foster loyalty.
- Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to secure new business.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and align efforts with growth objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure the alignment of business strategies.
- Track and manage leads in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement.
- Represent SDC at industry events, forums, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility.
- Support the negotiation of contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and SDC.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand needs and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions to enhance offerings.
- Prepare and deliver reports to the Business Development Manager on progress and challenges
- 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Expertise in negotiation, relationship management, and sales strategy.
