Role DescriptionThis full‑time on‑site role, based in Riyadh, calls for a dynamic and results‑oriented Sales Manager. The successful candidate will lead sales teams, develop strategic sales plans, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and establish strong client relationships. Responsibilities also include tracking sales performance, mentoring team members, preparing reports, and ensuring targets are met or exceeded. The Sales Manager will collaborate with other departments to drive the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and revenue growth strategies
- Experience in Client Relationship Management and negotiation techniques
- Strong leadership, team management, and training skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with expertise in sales forecasting and performance tracking
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the professional development or education industry
- Proficiency in CRM tools and advanced knowledge of market research and trends
