We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Supervisor to lead a field sales team in the Riyadh area. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to motivate a sales team, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. This role requires regular field visits, client relationship building, and reporting on performance and market trends.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and lead a team of outdoor sales representatives in the Riyadh region
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Train, motivate, and evaluate team performance
- Conduct regular field visits and accompany team members to monitor client interactions
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients
- Provide accurate sales reports and market feedback to management
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any client escalations professionally
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions
