The Product Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Rewaa Point of Sale Platform. You will be responsible for driving product strategy, leading cross‑functional teams, and delivering features that delight our customers and align with our business goals. You will leverage your deep understanding of the POS industry, SaaS technologies, and our customer’s retail operations to elevate our product to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Vision:
    Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and market needs.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
    Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the POS industry.
  • Roadmap Development:
    Create and manage a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on customer needs, market demands, and business objectives.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership:
    Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
  • User Experience & Design:
    Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces that enhance the customer experience.
  • Agile Product Development:
    Lead the product development process using Agile methodologies, ensuring that sprints are well‑defined, achievable, and aligned with the product roadmap.
  • Customer Engagement:
    Engage with customers to understand their pain points and gather feedback, using these insights to guide product decisions.
  • OKRs & Metrics:
    Define and monitor OKR’s to measure product success, user adoption, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    Regularly update senior leadership and other stakeholders on product progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Innovation:
    Identify and explore new technologies, trends, and features that can keep our POS software ahead of the competition.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience:

    3‑5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on SaaS products; experience in POS software is highly preferred.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and software development processes.
  • Leadership

    Skills:

    Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, influence without authority, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Customer‑Centric Mindset:
    Deep empathy for users and a strong desire to solve their problems through innovative solutions.
  • Analytical

    Skills:

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision‑making.
  • Communication:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Agile

    Experience:

    Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies in a product management role.
  • Problem‑Solving:
    Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving skills and a bias for action.
