As a Business Analyst at Master-Works, you will be key to bridging the gap between our technology teams and our business stakeholders. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data to define business requirements and propose solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive growth. Your insights will directly impact our decision-making processes and help shape our strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, objectives, and problem statements.
• Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements specifications and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to communicate findings and gather feedback.
• Develop reporting mechanisms to track and analyze project outcomes and business performance.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to propose innovative strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of business and technology integration.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
