We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships in the IT sector. You will work closely with technical teams to align solutions with customer needs, ensuring the delivery of innovative and scalable IT services.
Key Responsibilities 1. Develop Growth StrategiesFormulate and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and achieve the company’s strategic objectives.
Identify new market opportunities, understand customer needs, and analyze market trends in the IT sector.
2. Build and Expand RelationshipsEstablish strong relationships with existing clients and develop a network of potential customers.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide solutions that meet their needs.
3. Prepare and Deliver ProposalsCreate and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.
Lead negotiations related to contracts and partnership agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
4. Market and Competitor AnalysisConduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about emerging trends and technologies.
Identify and analyze new opportunities while assessing the risks and potential returns of each.
5. Manage Partner RelationshipsBuild and manage strategic relationships with partners and suppliers to enhance the company’s market presence.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with client needs and strengthen strategic partnerships.
6. Achieve Revenue GoalsSet clear revenue and sales targets and work diligently to achieve them.
Monitor performance and prepare regular reports detailing progress towards goals and evaluating project and contract performance.
RequiredSkills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineer or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in business development within IT or software companies.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Deep understanding of modern technologies, software solutions, cloud services, and IT infrastructure.
- Strong analytical skills to understand market variables and identify opportunities.
- Experience in preparing and presenting proposals and reports persuasively.
- Natural leader with strategic thinking capabilities.
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills, along with decision-making abilities.
- High self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
