Be available to the team to answer questions, clarify user stories, and define acceptance criteria. - Actively participate in Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Validate that the work done by the Development Team meets the defined acceptance criteria and quality standards.
- Officially "accept" or "reject" the completed increment at the end of a sprint.
- Review the product increment with stakeholders at the Sprint Review and gather feedback.
- Use feedback and data to adapt the Product Backlog and future strategy accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or any relevant university.
- 5 Years of experience.
- Deep understanding of the target market, user personas, and customer pain points.
- Knowledge of the industry, business model, and the problem space the product operates in.
- Ability to create and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
- Expertise in prioritizing, refining, and maintaining the Product Backlog.
- Ability to use data, metrics, and user feedback to inform priorities and validate ideas.
- Understanding of the technology stack and development processes to have credible conversations with the team.
- Skill in ordering backlog items to maximize the value delivered by the development team.
- Ability to articulate the business value and return on investment for features.
- Effectively communicating with and managing expectations of stakeholders (clients, executives, users).
- Excellent at conveying ideas, requirements, and the product vision clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Skill in understanding stakeholder needs, user feedback, and team concerns.
- Ability to persuade stakeholders and negotiate priorities without formal authority.
- Being open about progress, challenges, and decisions.
- Skill in writing clear, concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Active participation in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
